What I think about the present military: There have been lots of changes since I first joined. Some of the things that need to return to the Tradition of the Navy for Moral. Would have to be the Crossing of the line and Tacking on Crows. I hate to say it but the Navy has a bunch of wimps that cannot take these old Navy traditions. The Upper Chains of Command have become so micro managed they seldom see the whole picture of jobs. They want jobs done in a time that is so unreal, forgeting about the time it takes to get parts.
